Eric Nelson is a partner at the law firm Naylor & Hales, specializing in complex civil and commercial litigation, administrative law; and resolving employment, business, and real estate disputes. He represents a diverse range of clients, including technology companies, real estate developers and brokerages, municipal corporations, and state regulatory agencies. As a litigator, Eric has successfully resolved an array of employment and business disputes in both state and federal court. As one of Idaho’s most experienced administrative law attorneys, Eric has prosecuted hundreds cases of involving professional misconduct on behalf of nearly 40 state agencies. In the corporate sector, Eric advises clients on entity formation, contracts, and risk management. Eric actively contributes to the community in various roles. He volunteers as an attorney for Family Advocates in the Court Appointed Guardian ad Litem Program (CASA) and presents annual updates on significant real estate judicial decisions to Idaho’s licensed real estate instructors.
