Jessica Bilbao is the Program Coordinator for Insight Idaho within the Office of the State Controller of Idaho. Insight is dedicated to integrating cross agency data to build a healthier Idaho through data- driven decision making – while prioritizing confidentiality, security, and integrity. Prior to leading Insight, Jessica worked in the criminal justice and victim services fields, overseeing each of Idaho’s domestic violence and sexual assault shelters. Jessica understands how important, and often limited, grant funding for capital improvement projects can be, and is proud to serve on FUNDSY to help fill that need for local non-profits. In her free time, Jessica enjoys golfing, reading, and traveling to new places with her husband.
