Shane Plummer is a local business professional who has been in Idaho since the late 90s. He has been in the construction industry for over 25 years working in every capacity from boots-on-the-ground laborer to C-Suite executive, and nearly every role in between. He has experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects such as City Center Plaza, the Boise Centre Expansion, and Scentsy Commons. His strongest skill set is building people, creating efficient systems and processes, and helping leadership teams bring it all together to create profitable businesses with strong cultures that retain their talent. He has been the Director of Organizational Development for two major local general contractors for the past seven years and has contributed to all areas of business including operations, human resources, accounting and finance, safety, and business development. He is a seasoned meeting facilitator and experienced coach and mentor. Shane is passionate about the wild public lands of Idaho. He is an avid outdoorsman and hunter who is committed to wildlife and land conservation. He is married to Natalie Plummer, who runs the Instagram page Hello Meridian, and with whom he creates and co-hosts The Boise Bubble Podcast. Together they have three children, a cat, and a bird dog puppy.
